| This species flies early in the year during April and May with only a single brood. They are mainly to be found in the flowery meadows on the reserve. The male is distinctive with orange tips on the upper wings. The female can be identified by the dappled green and white of the hindwing, mainly visible on the underside. The larvae are to be found feeding on crucifers. |
